Very occasionally we may sell out of a particular product over the weekend when the sales office is closed. If this happens you will be notified as soon as we re-open and we will ensure your products are delivered as quickly as possible.
All our prices include VAT @ 17.5%
All our on-line transactions are processed through a secure ProtX server. On-Line, we accept most major credit and debit cards, excluding American Express.
Our on-line shop enables us to keep our costs down and is our preferred method of supplying goods. However we also accept credit, debit cards, cheques and BACS payments through our national sales office. We are also very happy to take the time to offer impartial help and advice on any of our products. Always leave a message if our lines are engaged during busy periods, as we are usually able call back within 1 hour.
