I'm delighted with this product and the excellent customer service I have received.... The product was ordered Sunday evening, and delivered 8am on Wednesday morning....complete with follow up phone call to ensure my satisfaction - outstanding service from Total Racquet Sports - Thank you! The product itself is great.... well made, sturdy and compact - fits in the boot of the car with ease... I went for the remote control - and highly recommend it! I considered also the Elite 3 - however, being the only user... this does everything I need on court. Extremely pleased with my purchase and highly recommend it!
