UK MAINLAND
Orders over £150.00 will be despatched free of charge.
For orders under £150.00 a p&p charge of £7.99 will be added unless you see the free delivery icon.
Our UK courier (ANC) aims to deliver on or around the next working day on all orders placed with us before noon. (Subject to availability) We always allow a little flexibility, but they confidently achieve our very high standards for quick delivery 98% of the time. If your goods do not arrive within the time scale we have confirmed with you, please get in touch as soon as possible. This will allow us to act quickly and resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction. If you don't tell us we can't help and we want to help.
For the rest of the World and Europe we can deliver many of our products using our worldwide shipping service. Please call us for a quote.
Important please note: -If the small item you are trying to purchase does not state "free delivery" and is therefore under the £150.00 free delivery threshold, please phone your order through to us for assistance. In these circumstances and for smaller items ONLY, we are happy to post them to you via Royal Mail, which will work out more economically for you.
During busy periods some orders may take an extra day to process. You will always be kept up to date in person via email with your order status and we strive to deliver fast.
All orders to be delivered outside UK Mainland and some areas of Scotland must be quoted for separately. You can see the complete list of postcodes for these areas during the checkout process, shown clearly before you complete the transaction and pay for your order.
